Our Newly Renovated 130 Superior Rooms are located in the historical part of the hotel, the South Wing.

- A designated elevator and Guest Relations to welcome the guest upon arrival and will escort them from the GRO main entrance desk to the 13th floor.
- Sit-in check - in while welcome drinks is being served of the guest's choice and to be escorted by a Guest Relations Officer to their room.
- Sit - in check - out with refreshment served of the guest's choice.
- Full Breakfast buffet served from 0630 am. Till 1030 am. With live egg cooking.

Please note that once the hotel received this form, the booking will be guaranteed to the above Credit Card and subject to the below cancellation policy:
- In case of any cancellations prior to 21 days of the expected arrival date, 25% cancellation charge will be collected by the hotel.
- In case of any cancellations 14 days of the expected arrival date, your Credit Card will be automatically charged 50% of the room rate booked for the first night of the booking.
- In case of any cancellations 7 days of the expected arrival date, your Credit Card will be automatically charged 100% of the room rate booked for the first night of the booking.
